End of the month is approaching ah..Time really pass by so fast without all of our notices.Last week,i managed to go to kelong for fishing,me,bf(shawn),kevin and wife(joanna).i will put up the picts asap(not reaady yet).The kelong trip was really nice,though its hot but luckily the started to rain about 3+pm..if not it will be very hot.
After night, last wkend,i was terribly sick,gotta 2 days mc,the dr diagnosis me as GE,duno wat happened,maybe eaten some spoilt food.urgh..imagine i am sick on wkends, the feeling sux ok.When my nurse manger knew that i was on MC, i can see that she is extreme angry.Coz that 2days i was being deploy to ward44(another ward),she told me yesterday tt its very bad for ''her'' to promise the NM in ward44 that i am going over and last min cant go.Wat is this, as if i wanna to be sick one..kao..she is really very big and stupid and black lor...haha...
Yesterday(mon),(25/4),went back to ward,i was deploy to 44 again,luckily there is air con there,the moment i step inside ward43(my ward),its like suna like that u know...really very hot,duno y nowadays everywhere so hot..wat actually happened?
okay la, got to work tonight again..ON NIGHT SHIFT>>>..............

Wat shall i type?Suddently i got a feeling of ''sian'' of living, Alot of pple say u must first have a goal first,then u must work towards it, den u wont feel that ''no point of living''.For me , i have my own goal. I have a guy that loves me deep, have a family that are complete,have some really good,caring friends, so wats more i want?Em.. i guess, perhaps, its work stress.Whenever i go to work,i always hope that 'today will be a better day for me .' At times, its a good day at work, but most of the time are really busy and lots of angry ,stressful faces appeared on either nurses or patients or even uncoperative relatives.I HAD ENOUGH,i always tell myself.But so wat, life still has to go on, i still got to work in that NUH, that ward, i still need 1 yr + to complete my bond.haiz...Probably , thats life.Isn't it true?
Upon counting,8 more yrs down the road, i will be 30 yrs old.oh my God, imagine i hit 30 yrs old.how will i look like? imagine wrinkles on my faces, health worsen.oh no.. i cant even dare to think.Dun ur think life is.......that fast.....?

On the 15april nite,me, darling and kevin went fishing at our special spot again.But this time i have this very bit and comfortable protable armchair brought by my shawn.hehe.And i sat on it most of e time...Biting wasnt that great.The whole night is very quiet.So kevin n shawn added some fun by using hand lines. and shawn caught a small fish..hehe..
Today i am on morning shift.As usual i work.Today all my patients were all very stable and comfortable, so morning rounds was very peaceful.I ended off my shift at around 2:45pm,packed left ward43.I headed down to je to meet Huiling.Just meet her to talk cock lor.
The moment i reached Je , i saw her studying her advanced cert in accounts.I see her like very stress like that sia..Then this Qns came into my mind,den when is my time to get a higher dip/degree?Em..I am still considering wat degree should i major in.Asked this same Qn to many of my friends, most of them tell me to hav a deep thought what i wanna to study and dun regret in future and most of all have interest.''Interest''? I told him:''in singapore, if only based on study and working by ur ''interest'',u will starve to death ''.They all laughed.HAiz..Singapore really so hard to survive? Or am i over -reacting?
Reached home 8plus.Sian, sleepy but dun feel like sleeping, coz tml working nite shift again.*SIAN*. Was toking over the phone with darling..somehow when talking about certain issues, we showed unhappiness.i just keep quiet lor.But den i hope everything will be okay by tml.
K la, I just saw my friend,mark's blog. my so call god father.hehe.. i guess he also likes fishing..hehe.just now,next time go UK or wat, can go fishing with him..hehe.keke

Today is my post night again.Just now i had been searching for a new blogskin for myself. But well, unfortunately,unable to find one that i really like, this one, just standby blogskin coz now already so late,2plus am..urgh.Past two nights i was very busy.Alot of small small little things i got to solve it myself .~Sigh~
I will be taking my advance theory later on thursday. I studied only abit.Some important points only.Somehow not that enuthu to take this test.Very sian.
What is being simple?Is being simple really that good or its being too '''plain''? If u have the chance choose, u will choose to live simple means plain or choose to live complex ? What does that actually means? For me , i rather choose to be 'simple' =>like those fisherman living in kelong or like those farmers living in farm? ...................................

Today was a another tiring working day for me.This Morning as usual,i went to work at abt 6:30am.Reached there almost 7am,when i walk into the ward,my team mate suddently called me''ginny goh jingxian''(somemore my full name). As i was still dreaming while walking,i only realised i was being called about 5 mins later.(SLOW man..)Doctors' Rounds seem quiet & fast today as it was a sunday. Everybody is rushing home including Drs and patients.Those patients that can be discharged waited impatiently for the appointment cards and medicine. As i had total 4 D/C at my side,i need ample time for sorting out some staffs for them.But wat i got were impatient,angry voices asking me to ''faster will u?'' At first, i am still ''ok,fine,i will be faster''. Then the 2nd,3rd one came disturbing me asking me to''faster will u?'',i was like ''Urgh,u think i superwoman,cant u just wait awhile?''Damn angry you know. All these are typical kasu singaporeans.Which i 100%agree,singaporeans are really so demanding.I more and more hate myself to be born as singaporean.Yuck..dun ur agree?Y cant ''they'' just be more reasonable and be more understanding to us ''nurses''?
I am not saying all singaporeans are like this,i have encountered some where relatives and patients are really good, they dont demand alot,they understand how busy nurses are especially in the morning and avoid asking us stupid quiestions and asking us to do unimportant things immediately(like just pouring a cup of water)=> :::
- You see, the relatives are there,they request for a cup of plain water from me,i told them ''i will bring it to her but later''and he answered back''wait?wait until the patient thirst to death isit''?Isnt this kind of rude?Cant he just bring a cup of water to e patient himself(we have a dispenser at the counter) or just wait a while...?Ridiculous man.
Em..I am going for another time of advance theory test again on coming thur.hai..this is my 6th time.scary ah.. i missed once,failed4times.Now i am kind of lost confidence,ah..Just wish me good luck ba..
Today my bf went out boating.Too bad i cant go,i need to work.Wondering how his catch..??????

Wa,so fast already going to be 8april after past this coming 12mn..Last few days i didnt go out anywhere, basically only eat,slp,watch tv and work.actually plan to go fishing past 2days but last min cancelled bcoz' raining.Today ,bf and kevin went fishing again but i didnt go coz i cant finish my work,actually normal timing for finish work is 12:30pm to 8pm.but today i worked till 10pm den i leave.When i leave still got a few colleague of mine 'pm' shift,they still around.hai~~ not easy leh..Em.. if ur see from the picture ,i wonder did ur realise my hair colour was highlighted..and i change to side parting.hehe..nice ah...
Today i also has nothing much to say..same lor...will blog again another time..tata

on the 1st of april,me,shawn and kevin intend to do some fishing again.We headed to changi to buy some prawns and have our supper. We headed to our fishing spot at around 11pm and started fishing. Between 11pm to 3am,there wasnt any bites,the surrounding appeared to be very quiet. Action started aroun 3am when everyone of us already almost given up hope.

We left around 4am..bites with end..we eventually needs to slp. I just knew we are very tired when we made our way back..But luckily i work night shift on sat.Got ample of time to sleep.hehe..

Hi today is the last day of March, got to conclude something for this month..Em.. Let me see..ya , another month had passed.. That was pretty fast for me..for this month , nothing special.., i just know , i just got to know a fren throu my bf's frien. Her name is Joanna..She is Kevin's wife.. This month i got to know her and well we two able to communicate well.. I think that was the acheivment i got ... Hope we continue to be good friends, Joanna...(:>)
As for my work.. erm.. nothing leh.. same lor , everyday see that big plump sister of mine..sian ah.. but the best part is, i gotta my leave for coming july..2wks..haha., its approved..i am so happy..Other den that... same la..
About my bf, and my life with him.. everyday v happy ... and i feel secure with him, when times wlo him, i miss him alot..i called him every nite.. and be with him whenever i can afford the time.. I just hope that we wont quarrel and will love each other forever til the end of life(v the fairtale hor..hehe)
As for my friends(calista, huiling,minlee)--> i will arrange again to meet out for coffee , k..paisey i always so busy..

As i am appraoaching to finish my nursing bond in NUH, i am in dilimma to go where after that, here are few options.. care to share ur fellow friends opinion??
options;
1)change career after bond of nursing,go MDIS study dip of bussiness
2)go take part time private degree in nursing den after that maybe go UK to work or spore priv hospital but the pay wise might not be alot
3)take advance dip in nursing in NYP but to bond 2 more years with NUH but will be a SSN in NUH
4)after bond, go MOunt E (priv hospital) and work as nurse with dip cert onli
5)study dip in child care(2years part time) after that go child care work
6)after bond,work in other dept while waiting NUS to launch degree in nursing coz will be cheaper..
