Just read a friend's blog,she was talking about enthuisiam of nursing..haha..i was thinking..nursing now is already my 'rice bowl',i am working as a nurse currently. I work mainly coz i am in a bond and short of money,about about enthu towards nursing..bascially not much. Whats so good about nursing,got to do every single things,like clearing shits,urine,change pampers..(assistant nurse job),got to take blood,set IV plugs(drs job),lots of documentations and high high high responsibility. So bascially we are roborts..we DO everything.Top to bottom..Any wrong things got to answer to nurse manger,Drs ,relatives,patients.Even Assistant nurse,students we got to check through whatever things they have done.. Time to go home was delayed without extra pay.
You think everyone appreciate it?? If i got to choose again, i wont not choose NURSING.. NURSING SUX..
